Location:
Worcester, MA – Main StreetOutpatient Location. The program is a transitional model (Hub andSpoke type) which will principally provide on-site buprenorphineinduction services and referral to various Worcester based spokes(OTPs and OBOTs). This is a program that is in partnership withBureau of Substance Abuse Services and SAMHSA.
Pay Rate:
$67,100 -$78,100.00
Schedule:
Monday 8:00am-5:30pm, Tuesday 8:00am-4:00pm,Wednesday 9:00am-6:00pm, Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm, and Friday8:00am-2:00pm.

Qualifications Qualifications:
Licensed as an LICSW or LMHC required. LADC I or CADACcertification preferred.
