Category Schools – School Psychologist Job Type Contract To Hire Position Overview We’re currently hiring a dedicated and empathetic School Psychologist to provide virtual services to K-12 students across Massachusetts . This fully remote role allows you to make a meaningful impact on students’ emotional, behavioral, and academic development—all from the comfort of your home. As a valued member of our virtual education team, you’ll work closely with educators, families, and support staff to deliver comprehensive psychological services via a secure teletherapy platform. Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual psychoeducational evaluations to assess students’ cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 Plans. Offer virtual counseling and mental health support to students as needed. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Use data to develop and adjust student interventions and monitor progress. Attend virtual IEP and team meetings, sharing professional insights and recommendations. Qualifications Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology. Active Massachusetts license or certification as a School Psychologist. At least two years of experience in a school-based setting is preferred. Experience with virtual assessments and familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Technical Requirements Reliable high-speed internet connection. Desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported).
