JobDescription SummaryThe role of the Assessment Psychologist is toconduct diagnostic evaluations for individuals ages 1 to 21,evaluating results, and delivering treatment recommendations tofamilies.
Essential FunctionsClinical Responsibilities:
Selects,administers, scores, and interprets psychological tests andcomplete psychological assessments.
Conduct diagnostic evaluationsusing standardized assessments for autism and differentialdiagnosis.
Develop and deliver appropriate, individualized treatmentrecommendations to families.
Provide high quality and efficientclinical services and reports.
Participate in continuity of care forchildren evaluated and diagnosed.
Participate as a member of theinterdisciplinary clinical team.
Performs other related duties asassigned.

Knowledge, Skills,ExperienceDoctorate in clinical psychology.
State license oreligibility.3 years clinical experience required, which may includeinternships, externships, or fellowships.
Experience with diversepopulation preferred.
Certification in good standing and appropriateState licensure.
Knowledge of the behavioral health industry andterms.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement best practicesrelated to training.
Proficient knowledge of computer systemsincluding Excel and Word.
Knowledge of industryregulations.
Experience administering Autism specific assessmentscreeners and diagnostic tools is preferred.

Ability to work 40+ hours per week.
