Clinical Behavioral Consultant – Part-Time, Contract PCGH, Inc. Roxboro, NC 27573 About PCGH PCGH, Inc. (formerly Person County Group Homes) is a nonprofit agency that provides residential and community-based support to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) and traumatic brain injuries (TBI). The Role We’re hiring a Clinical Behavioral Consultant to serve as a part-time, independent contractor (1099) supporting the behavioral and psychological needs of adults with I/DD and TBI. This role includes conducting psychological evaluations, developing behavioral support plans, and collaborating with our internal team to ensure high-quality, person-centered supports. Your clinical expertise will directly shape how individuals with complex needs receive care. Key Responsibilities Complete psychological evaluations as requested, including interviews, assessments, and written reports Conduct clinical assessments and behavioral evaluations Develop and review Positive Behavior Support Plans in coordination with the interdisciplinary team Attend team meetings as scheduled (virtually or in person) Provide recommendations that align with state guidelines and best practices Maintain clear, timely, and professional documentation Qualifications Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.

D.) in North Carolina (required) Experience working with adults with I/DD and/or TBI Strong working knowledge of positive behavior supports and trauma-informed care Skilled in collaboration, documentation, and applied behavioral consultation
