Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Seeking a full-time School Psychologist to support a middle school setting in Manchester, NH. This contract position runs for the full school year (NSY) and offers a structured schedule. The role focuses primarily on assessment and evaluation, with no counseling services required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a middle school caseload with approximately 50 re-evaluations annually. Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to determine student needs and eligibility for educational services. Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and support student success. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student intervention strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies and state regulations.
Qualifications:
Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience working with middle school students preferred. Strong knowledge of assessment tools, evaluation procedures, and special education laws. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently within a contract position timeframe.
Schedule and Location:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Work hours from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Position located in Manchester, NH.
