Position Framework This 37.5-hour weekly role serves middle and high school students through comprehensive virtual psychological services. You’ll manage a professional caseload of approximately 46-52 students, providing assessments, interventions, and consultation services tailored to adolescent developmental needs and virtual learning environments. Functional Responsibilities Execute comprehensive psychological evaluations, interpret assessment data, and develop individualized intervention recommendations for students with complex learning and behavioral needs. Key duties include virtual IEP meeting leadership, crisis intervention services, direct counseling provision, and collaborative consultation with multidisciplinary teams. You’ll also support transition planning and post-secondary preparation activities. Certification Standards New Jersey school psychologist licensure is required, supported by a Master’s degree in School Psychology or closely related field. Two years of school experience is mandatory, with preference for candidates experienced in adolescent populations and virtual service delivery models. Bilingual capabilities and trauma-informed care training are highly valued.
