We’re recruiting experienced school psychologists to support diverse learners in remote educational settings, providing crucial mental health and academic support services that promote student success and well-being. Position Summary Working 36 hours weekly, you’ll serve high school students through comprehensive virtual psychological services. This role involves managing a caseload of 50-55 students, conducting assessments, and implementing intervention strategies tailored to adolescent developmental needs and virtual learning challenges. Core Responsibilities Your expertise will guide psychological evaluations, behavioral assessments, and intervention planning for students with diverse needs. Key duties include facilitating virtual IEP meetings, providing counseling services, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with teachers to implement classroom accommodations. You’ll also support families through consultation and psychoeducational services. Licensing Requirements New Jersey school psychologist licensure is mandatory, along with a Master’s degree in School Psychology or equivalent program. Candidates must demonstrate two years of school-based experience and proficiency in virtual service delivery methods. Experience with adolescent populations and crisis intervention protocols is highly valued. Technology Proficiency Success in this role requires comfort with various digital platforms including video conferencing systems, online assessment tools, and electronic documentation software.
