If you are interested in thisPsychology Manager opportunity, please contact Michelle at586-422-1171 or Mmansoor@alinestaffing.com Psychology Manager HoursPart time or full time available 8am-4pm (30-minute lunch)Psychology Manager Compensation The pay for this position is$87.00-93.00 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employeesafter 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match isavailable for full-time employees with 1 year of service on oureligibility dates Psychology Manager Responsibilities Develops andmaintains a plan for the Psychology Department which assures thatappropriate psychological services are provided. Ability tosupervise staff assign and coordinate work activities and monitorsstaff performance. Provide effective program leadership overmulti-disciplinary management treatment planning and servicedelivery team. Coordinates the psychological services program withother disciplines and integrates new policies and procedure intoexisting programs. Ensures compliance with applicable codes rulesregulations and program procedures. Develop policies / proceduresas needed. Consults with psychiatrist physicians and otherprofessional personnel concerning diagnostic evaluation andtherapeutic training programs. Ensure the unit operates clinicallyand programmatically in an efficient effective manner withadministrative fiscal and security guidelines. Coordinate day today operations including training in relevant areas of mentalhealth and other topics / issues related to the specific treatmentservices. Deliver some individual group and psycho-educationalgroup treatment services. Collaborate with Medical Director /Supervisory Physicians regarding mental health diagnosis ifapplicable. Demonstrate leadership and organizational skillsincluding ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Demonstrate interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport witha wide range of personalities. Competence in assessing interviewingand managing patients. Commitment to enhancing cultural competency.
