SUMMARY:

The School Psychologist provides a full range of psychological services for children ages 0-21, including assessment, intervention planning, and consultation. This role supports both CCIU-operated programs and local school districts, ensuring that services are evidence-based, culturally responsive, and aligned with state and federal regulations.

CURRENT NEED

We are seeking bilingual (SpanishEnglish) PA certified School Psychologists to work per diem or up to a full-time schedule across Chester County, PA
The rate for a bilingual PA certified School Psychologist is $100 per hour

RESPONSIBITLITIES

Conduct psychological evaluations using formal and informal measures
Administer and interpret cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral assessments
Write integrated bilingual psychoeducational reports with actionable recommendations
Participate in multidisciplinary teams (e.g., IEP, MTSS, FBA, Manifestation Determination)
Support eligibility determinations and special education planning
Consult with educators, parents, and administrators to support student learning and mental health
Collaborate on the development and monitoring of individualized intervention plans
Maintain secure and up-to-date evaluation materials and protocols
Deliver training on topics such as trauma-informed practices, culturally responsive assessments, and behavioral supports
Maintain accurate records and meet all timelines for documentation
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

PDE Educational Specialist Certification•School Psychologist PK-12
Master’s degree in school psychology or related field
Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) required
Clearance as a Medical Assistance (MA) provider (completed by CCIU)

PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance

TB Screening (current within 3 months)
Education Documentation•Diploma OR Official Transcripts
