Hybrid Licensed Therapist – Children and Families PAX Health, LLC New Castle, PA 16105 PAX Health is a leading mental and behavioral health organization dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals facing mental health challenges. We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LPC) to work with children. This is a hybrid position based in New Castle, Pennsylvania , with the flexibility of remote work combined with occasional in-person sessions. Candidates must have weekday evening availability to support school-aged children and their families during convenient after-school hours. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide direct clinical care to children, adolescents, and their families through individual and family therapy, as well as contribute to collaborative treatment planning and care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive Bio/Psych/Social assessments for child and adolescent clients. Develop individualized treatment plans that align with client goals and developmental needs. Provide evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents (ages 5-18), with the possibility of family therapy and parent support. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), ensuring compliance with clinical and ethical standards. Participate in treatment team meetings to ensure coordinated care across disciplines. Provide case management and referral support when appropriate. Maintain regular communication with caregivers, school professionals, and medical providers, when clinically indicated and authorized. Attend supervision and staff development meetings; participate in ongoing training to support professional growth. Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable confidentiality laws and ethical codes of conduct. Demonstrate a commitment to culturally competent care and sensitivity to the unique needs of diverse populations. Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Active LCSW or LPC license in Pennsylvania (required). Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting. Ability to work evening hours during the week (e.g., 3pm-8pm) to accommodate school-aged clients. Proficiency in clinical documentation and comfort with technology, including EHR platforms. Strong communication and organizational skills. A commitment to collaborative care and a trauma-informed, strength-based approach.
