This Psychologist position is in an outpatient clinicalsetting where you will interact directly with patients. You willquickly build rapport with patients and coordinate care withinternal and external providers by forming excellentprovider-patient alliances. If you have/or are willing to obtain aLicensed Psychologist licensure in the state of Minnesota, you willhave the flexibility to work from home to deliver high-quality,patient-centered care and remotely engaging in a collaborative,supportive clinical environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and/or family sessions based on ethical andmedical necessity guidelines
- Develop and coordinate a clinicaltreatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, or referral ofpatients presenting mental health conditions
- Conductpsychological assessments and interpret results
- Involve patientand/or family in treatment planning as appropriate
- Lead crisisintervention methods and provide insight into the development offunctional assessments and behavioral intervention plans
- Completeclinical documentation according to policy
- Participate inclinical meetings.

RequiredQualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Licensed Psychologistlicense in the state of residency
- Active and unrestrictedLicensed Psychologist license in the state of Minnesota OR willingto obtain licensure in Minnesota
- 2 years of experience providingdirect psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Basicunderstanding of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Able to work at least 1-2 evenings until 6:00pm
- Distraction-free space in home for home office
- Access tohigh-speed internet
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensed HealthPsychologist (multi-state licensure and PsyPac member)
- BoardCertified Supervisor
- Experience with health psychology
- Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Experience working with computers for professional communicationand medical documentation
- Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or otherEMRs)
- Significant experience evaluating adults and/or children inan outpatient clinical setting
- Knowledge and experience inproviding neuropsychological, CBT, and other evidence-basedinterventions
- Comfortable completing diagnostic assessments,general psychiatric testing, and providing direct therapy in anoutpatient clinical setting
- Ability to represent the practice incommunity presentations and lectures
- All employees workingremotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’sTelecommuter Policy The salary range for this role is $89,800 to$176,700 annually based on full-time employment.
Pay is based onseveral factors including but not limited to local labor markets,education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Groupcomplies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
