Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated Licensed Behavior Specialist to join our team for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year . If you’re passionate about supporting students’ emotional and behavioral success in a school-based setting, we want to hear from you!
Position Highlights:
Location:

Schedule:
Full school year, Monday–Friday
Start Date:
August 18, 2025
End Date:
June 30, 2026
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Maintain documentation and comply with all regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in psychology, special education, behavior analysis, or a related field
- Active Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) certification in the state of practice
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
