As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, you will treat awide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs ofour diverse patient population. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual, family orgroup therapy sessions based on ethical and medical necessityguidelines; involve patient and/or family in treatment planning asappropriate
  • Develop and coordinate a clinical treatment programfor the diagnosis, treatment, or referral of patients presentingmental health conditions
  • Lead crisis intervention methods andprovide insight into the development of functional assessments andbehavioral intervention plans

Required Qualifications:
  • Active andunrestricted (PhD, PsyD) license in the state of Rhode Island
  • 2years of experience providing direct psychotherapy services toindividuals, families and/or groups
  • Currently eligible to beenrolled as a provider in the Medicare program or able to terminateopt-out (if applicable) prior to starting a new position
PreferredQualifications:
  • Experience evaluating adults and geriatric in anoutpatient clinical setting
  • Experience working with computers forprofessional communication and medical documentation
  • Excel,Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)
  • Knowledge and experience inproviding neuropsychological, CBT, and other evidence-basedinterventions
  • Proven ability to work with a wide range ofclinical presentations The salary range for this role is $89,800 to$176,700 annually based on full-time employment.

Pay is based onseveral factors including but not limited to local labor markets,education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Groupcomplies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
