Job Responsibilities Full-time faculty member to teach, advise, recruit and retain students in Psychology. Minimum and Additional Requirements Faculty teaching associate degree courses designed for transfer to a baccalaureate degree: doctor’s or master’s degree in Psychology or Educational Psychology or a master’s degree with concentration in Psychology (minimum of 18 graduate semester hours). Proven ability to teach with preference being given to those with teaching experience and work experience in Human Services field. Incumbent should have the ability to communicate well; ability to work well with students recently out of high school as well as older students seeking alternative careers; must be able to deal with people from diverse backgrounds; must have experience with computers and electronic teaching modalities; and have experience in scheduling and advising.
