K-12 School Psychologist – Hiring Now! ProCare Therapy is looking to fill a School Psychologist contract job in our school district!

This is a full-time, on-site position startingASAP! As a School Psychologist, you will provide essential support for students K-12. You will help students with their mental health, education and learning through assessments and evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

Mainly evaluations and some assessments. Provide individual and group counseling to elementary students dealing with emotional, behavioral, or social issues. Develop and implement crisis intervention strategies and provide immediate support during emergencies. Work with students, families, and school staff to address and resolve conflicts and behavioral concerns.

Qualifications:

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field. Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of South Carolina.

Experience:

Previous experience working as a School Psychologist, particularly with K-12 students, is preferred. Experience with diverse populations and a variety of psychological assessments and interventions.

Salary and Benefits:

Weekly Pay $42-$50 hourly rate. Pay dependent on experience and school district budget. ProCare Therapy benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, families, and staff. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of current best practices in school psychology, mental health, and education.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to pass a background check and obtain required clearances. Proficiency in using assessment tools and technology related to psychology and education.
