School Psych Position Available In Cocke, Tennessee

Category Schools – School Psychologist Job Type Contract This full-time role offers the opportunity to serve K-12 students in a school setting starting July 1, 2025, through the 2025-26 school year. The position involves a 37.5-hour workweek and includes contract employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose referred students to identify learning, behavioral, or mental health needs. Maintain accurate records and detailed reports documenting evaluations and intervention outcomes. Collaborate and communicate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support student well-being. Provide consultation and treatment services addressing psychological or mental health concerns. Track and report services for students with special needs placed by parents in private or home school settings.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in School Psychology. Current valid School Psychology license with appropriate endorsement. Strong assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills. Ability to manage caseloads effectively and maintain confidentiality.

Position based in Newport, Tennessee, serving a K-12 educational environment.
