• As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will treat a wide variety ofmental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diversepatient population.

Primary Responsibilities:

Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substanceabuse disorders Provide treatment for mental health conditions using variousapproaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialecticalbehavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients forchanges in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects orcomplications Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records andclinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatoryrequirements

RequiredQualifications:

Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counselingfield Must have a clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW or LPC) inTennessee Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicareprogram or able to terminate opt-out (if applicable) prior tostarting a new position 1+ years of professional experience post licensure providingbehavioral health services

• Preferred Qualifications:

  2+ years of professional experience post licensure providingbehavioral health services Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to children atleast 5 years of age Experience working with computers for professional communicationand medical documentation

• Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or otherEHRs) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equaleffectiveness

• The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annuallybased on full-time employment.

Pay is based on several factorsincluding but not limited to local labor markets, education, workexperience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies withal minimum wage laws as applicable.
