Our remote positions offer the flexibility to work from anywhere while maintaining the deep connections that drive student success. Position Overview We are seeking a licensed school psychologist to provide comprehensive virtual services to students across various grade levels. This remote position typically involves 35-37.5 hours per week, serving a diverse caseload of 45-55 students. You’ll work collaboratively with virtual teams to deliver evidence-based interventions, conduct assessments, and support students’ psychological and educational needs through secure online platforms.

Grade Levels:

K-12 with primary focus on elementary and middle school populations

Weekly Hours:

35-37.5 hours

45-55 students

Format:

100% virtual service delivery Core Responsibilities Assessment and Evaluation Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations using virtual assessment tools Administer cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments remotely Interpret assessment results and prepare detailed reports Participate in virtual IEP and 504 meetings Intervention and Support Services Provide individual and group counseling sessions via secure video platforms Develop and implement behavior intervention plans Deliver crisis intervention services when needed Support students with anxiety, depression, and adjustment challenges Consultation and Collaboration Collaborate with virtual teaching teams and administrators Consult with parents and families through video conferences Provide professional development on mental health topics Work closely with special education coordinators Data Management and Documentation Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation Track student progress through digital platforms Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Required Qualifications Education and Licensure Master’s degree in School Psychology or related field Active Vermont school psychologist licensure Minimum 2 years of school-based experience Experience with virtual service delivery preferred Technical Competencies Proficiency with video conferencing platforms Experience with electronic documentation systems Comfortable with digital assessment administration Strong internet connection and professional home office setup Professional Skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong assessment and diagnostic skills Knowledge of special education law and procedures Ability to work independently in virtual environment Virtual Work Environment Our remote positions are designed to maximize your professional impact while providing work-life balance.
