Category Schools – School Psychologist Job Type Contract A K-12 school located in Putney, VT, is seeking a qualified School Psychologist to provide support throughout the academic year on a contract basis. This role focuses on delivering psychological services to students across all grade levels, contributing to their academic, social, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students K-12 Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop intervention strategies Provide counseling and support services to address student needs Assist in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise
Qualifications:
Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings Strong assessment and counseling skills Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families Excellent communication and documentation abilities
