This assignment is at a large Level I Trauma Center with over 1,100 beds , offering a high-acuity, fast-paced environment. The facility is nationally recognized for clinical excellence and innovation, using Cerner as its EMR system.

m. This role includes a combination of 12-hour and 10-hour night shifts .

Position Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced and dependable Travel X-Ray Technologist to start as soon as possible . This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your skills to a large academic medical facility serving critical-care patients during overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures with minimal supervision. Review patient history, explain procedures, and position patients for accurate imaging. Ensure high-quality image acquisition for physician review. Maintain cleanliness and inventory in designated work areas; report equipment issues. Prioritize patient comfort and safety. Follow all infection control, radiation safety, and regulatory standards. Complete additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

ARRT Certification (R.T.(R))

• Required Minimum 1 year of radiology tech experience
• Preferred BLS Certification Proficiency with Cerner EMR
• Preferred Strong critical thinking and ability to work independently overnight
