SportsMED Orthopaedic Specialists is currently seeking a fulltime MRI Technologist to join our team in Huntsville, AL.
Theselected candidate will:
Screen patients before the MRI examinationfor any precautions or contraindicationsprepare patients for theexam and explain the exam procedureEnsure scan(s) meet the minimumrequirements for accuracy and readability to help physicians in thediagnosis and treatment of patient injuries or illnesses.
Maintainaccurate records in our medical software systemThis position willbe scheduled for Monday thru Thursday from 12p-10p. Additionalhours may be available during weekdays from time to time to ensureadequate coverage for vacations or sick time.
Candidate must be agraduate of a Certified Radiology Program and be MRI registryeligible.
