Description:

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled MRI Diagnostic Care Technologist to join a collaborative diagnostic imaging team. In this role, you’ll perform advanced MRI procedures across a diverse patient population, ensuring optimal image quality and patient comfort. This position plays a key role in supporting accurate diagnoses and delivering high-quality care. You’ll partner with radiologists and healthcare professionals to meet the highest standards in patient-centered imaging, while also contributing to ongoing quality improvement efforts.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct MRI procedures using advanced imaging technology, prioritizing safety, comfort, and image precision. Explain procedures clearly to patients to ease concerns and ensure cooperation. Collaborate with physicians and radiologists to interpret and deliver accurate diagnostic results. Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment; perform scheduled quality assurance tasks. Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and compliance regulations to maintain patient confidentiality and safety. Participate in CQI initiatives to uphold and enhance imaging standards. Support a culture of teamwork and empathy in all interactions.

Requirements:
Education:

Graduate of an AMA-accredited Radiologic Technology program.

Licenses & Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

  • Required ARRT Registered Technologist
  • Radiography
  • Required ARRT Registered Technologist
  • MRI•
Required Experience:

+1 year preferred in an acute care setting.

Skills:

Proficient in MRI protocols and safety standards. Excellent patient care, communication, and teamwork skills. Confidence in operating and troubleshooting advanced MRI systems.
