Full Job Description Position Responsibilities:
Collaborates with the Program Director to uphold departmental policies, goals, quality assurance, and safety standards, ensuring compliance with HFAP and ACR guidelines. Shares responsibility with the Program Director for supervising Radiology and CT staff across all Intuitive Health/UF Health Jacksonville ER and Urgent Care locations. Manages day-to-day radiology operations to enhance productivity and appropriately monitor patient volume. Oversees recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and terminations of radiology personnel, working alongside senior leadership. Maintains the radiology team schedule to ensure full staffing coverage. Ensures radiology procedures comply with all legal and organizational policies. Promotes high-quality service delivery and serves as a resource for medical, nursing, and administrative teams. Participates in required meetings and committee activities as directed. Fosters effective communication within the department and across other hospital teams. Reviews and enforces lab protocols and assists in developing radiology policies in collaboration with leadership. Participates in monthly board and quarterly quality assurance meetings. Ensures adherence to employment laws, HIPAA, safety, affirmative action, and drug policies. Communicates clearly with administration and leadership teams. Enforces company-wide policies and procedures, including HIPAA compliance.

Required Education:
High school diploma or GED; graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program (two-year college or technical school). Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration is preferred.

Additional Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology school Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Proven CT experience and competency 1-3 years of experience in radiology leadership or supervision preferred Current CPR certification Excellent leadership and communication skills Consistent and dependable work history
