MRI Tech C² Strategic Solutions Fort Myers, FL 33919 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated MRI Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans on patients, ensuring high-quality images for diagnostic evaluation. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as the ability to operate MRI equipment safely and effectively. The MRI Technologist will work closely with radiologists and other medical professionals to provide accurate imaging services. Responsibilities Conduct MRI scans according to established protocols while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and answering any questions. Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures. Collaborate with healthcare providers to determine appropriate imaging techniques based on patient needs. Maintain accurate records of patient information, scan results, and equipment maintenance. Stay updated on advancements in medical imaging technology and practices. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols related to MRI operations. Experience Proven experience in medical imaging, specifically in MRI technology. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes and CT imaging is preferred. Ability to perform sonography techniques is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach towards patient care. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
