Radiologic TechnologistJob Description The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and administering radiologic modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role involves providing radiologic care services to patients across all age groups throughout their lifespan. The technologist coordinates, delegates, and supervises responsibilities assigned to supportive staff and demonstrates effective resource utilization, which is critical to operational stability within the organization. Responsibilities + Administer radiologic therapy to patients of all ages. + Coordinate, delegate, and supervise responsibilities assigned to supportive staff. + Demonstrate effective resource utilization. + Communicate effectively and assist in resolving problems. + Participate in performance improvement and program growth initiatives. + Engage in infection control, departmental equipment training, and organizational safety and fire safety programs. Essential Skills + State Registered Radiologic Technician + Registered Radiographer (ARRT) + Basic Cardiac Life Support certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Additional Skills & Qualifications + High School Graduate or GED + New graduates who have passed the state boards are welcome to apply Work Environment The work schedule is full-time with rotating evening and mixed shifts, including weekends. Shift options are 8-hour shifts such as 6 AM to 2:30 PM, 7 AM to 3 PM, 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, and 3 PM to 11 PM. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $67849.60 – $101774.40/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
