FE Medical Center is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented X-Ray Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Operate X-ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images. Prepare patients for imaging procedures and ensure proper positioning for accurate results. Maintain and follow radiation safety standards to protect patients and staff. Evaluate images for quality and clarity before submitting them for interpretation. Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient data. Perform routine maintenance checks on imaging equipment and report issues promptly. Assist physicians with procedures that require imaging support. Follow HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality. Ensure the imaging area is clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Qualifications:

Certification:

Current ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).

Licensure:

Valid state license as a Radiologic Technologist (if required by the state).

Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered.

Skills:

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and assist patients as needed and stand for extended periods.
