Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced X-Ray Technician with experience in MRI and CT to join our medical team. As an X-Ray Technician at our organization, you will be responsible for performing radiologic procedures, including diagnostic imaging exams, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, MRIs, CT scans and Mammography , according to established protocols and physician orders.
• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures, including explaining the procedure, positioning patients correctly, and ensuring patient comfort.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including calibrating and adjusting equipment settings as necessary.
• Ensure that all radiologic procedures are performed with attention to patient safety and radiation protection.
• Work with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to analyze and interpret imaging results.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including imaging results, patient history, and other relevant information.
• Keep imaging rooms and equipment clean and well-maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the radiology manager or supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Current ARRT certification.
• Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of radiation safety principles and practices.
