The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans on patients to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions. This role requires a strong understanding of medical imaging techniques, anatomy, and physiology, as well as the ability to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform MRI scans according to established protocols and procedures, ensuring high-quality images for diagnostic evaluation. Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the MRI process and addressing any concerns or questions. Maintain patient safety by adhering to aseptic techniques and following safety protocols during imaging procedures. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate interpretations of imaging results. Keep detailed records of patient information, scan results, and any necessary follow-up actions. Operate MRI equipment efficiently while troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise during scans. Stay updated on advancements in medical imaging technology and best practices in the field. Skills Proficient in diagnostic evaluation and interpretation of medical images. Knowledgeable in sonography, CT, and various medical imaging modalities.
