ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Demonstratescompetency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate tohis/her customer populations and departmental services.
• Afterappropriate training, would aid in positioning patients for MRIand/or CT exams.
• Utilize venipuncture skills in assisting CT andMRI techs as needed
• Familiar with standard concepts, practicesand procedures.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan andaccomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks to assist remotetechnologist.
• Support other staff and site as needed in theday-to-day operations of the imaging center.
• Positions andassists in MRI for the ROCC team
• Screens patients
• Starts IV’sand administers contrast
• Enters all patient notes in

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification
• ARRT License
• StateLicense
• Experience starting IVs and/or venipuncture.

PHYSICALDEMANDS

This position may require duties including lifting andcarrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time,with frequent standing and walking.
