Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionateX-ray Technologist to join our outpatient imaging team. The idealcandidate will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures withprecision, accuracy, and attention to patient comfort. As part of amultidisciplinary team, the technologist will contribute to patientcare by producing high-quality images that aid in diagnosis andtreatment planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-qualitydiagnostic X-ray exams as prescribed by physicians Prepare andposition patients accurately to achieve optimal imaging resultsEnsure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging processOperate and maintain X-ray equipment, ensuring proper calibrationand functionality Review images for quality assurance and followprotocols for image storage Adhere to established radiation safetystandards and infection control guidelines Document patientinformation accurately and complete reports as required Collaboratewith other radiology and healthcare professionals to supportoptimal patient care Maintain knowledge of advancements inradiologic technology and imaging techniques

Qualifications:

ARRTcertification in Radiography Current state licensure Associate’sdegree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent from an accreditedprogram Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an X-ray Technologist,preferably in an outpatient or clinical setting

Skills andCompetencies:

Strong knowledge of radiologic procedures, anatomy,and patient positioning Proficiency with imaging software andradiologic equipment Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills, with a patient-centered approach Ability to workeffectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiplepriorities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsCommitment to maintaining patient confidentiality andprofessionalism at all times
