• 4:30 PM.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Operates mammography equipment and performs various mammographyrelated procedures.

Develops and evaluates the film for technicalquality such as density contrast, definition, anddistortion.

Explains procedures and educates women about the role ofregular mammography in preventive breast health.

Responsibilitiesalso include preparing and maintaining records and files, andcleaning and adjusting equipment as needed.

Familiar with standardconcepts, practices and procedures.

Relies on experience andjudgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Performs a variety oftasks.

Works under general supervision.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Requires

• registration as a Radiologic and Mammography Technologistby the A.R.R.T.Requires current Radiology and Mammography licensein the State
• SimonMed
• Imaging requires valid hands-on CPRcertification

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• -This position may require duties includinglifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periodsof time, with frequent standing and walking.
