Know Your Team:

– UT Health Athens is a 127-bed facility, including a 24-hour ED,designated as a Level IV trauma center and Level III stroke center;advanced diagnostic technology; 10-bed ICU; maternity unitradiation therapy center; and a stand-alone ED in Gun BarrelCity. Responsibilities Performs all procedures relevant to breast imaging. A comprehensive approach to breast health is utilized in accordancewith departmental policy at the three sites of service. Theseinclude the Breast Care Center, off-site screening mammographyservice, and the mobile mammography van. Participates in required technical and program continuous qualityimprovement activities and demonstrates exceptional patient serviceskills. Qualifications Job Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Graduate of an approved school of radiologic technology Two year as a Radiologic technologist One year as a mammography technologist Currently certified AART and Texas Department of Health Certified in mammography CPR certified Preferred Job Requirements – Mobile mammography experience
