Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to,experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at thetime of the offer. Responsibilities Perform computerizedtomographic procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injuryaccording to protocols established by radiologists. Prepare andposition patients and select anatomic and technical parametersaccurately. Prepare and administer contrast media and/ormedications within the accepted scope of practice and applicablestate and federal regulations. Observe patient during procedure andreport abnormal activity. Monitor protocols and recommend updatesor refinements as warranted. Follow radiation safety procedures andguidelines. Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or jobtransfer date required. American Heart Association or American RedCross accepted. One or more of the following required: RadiologicTechnologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from theAmerican Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained priorto hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologistspecializing in Computed Tomography credentialed from the AmericanRegistry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hiredate or job transfer date.

Education:

High School diplomaequivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative jobspecific experience required.
