• Ability to function independently and underpressure

• Ability toprioritize effectively
• Detail-oriented and capable ofmultitasking
• Competent in all aspects of Mammography, patientpositioning, exposure factors, and radiation protection

JobDescription:

• Provide safe, age-appropriate care to patients byperforming all exams according to department procedures.
• Independently perform diagnostic imaging procedures and set upequipment.
• Obtain complete clinical history and assess patientsfor contraindications.
• Ensure quality patient care by verifyingunique patient identifiers and clinician orders.
• Practiceinfection control and maintain equipment according to departmentcleaning schedules.
• Explain procedures thoroughly to patientsusing the AIDET framework.
• Produce high-quality images,maintaining a first-time acceptance rate of 95%.
• Participate inthe orientation and training of departmental employees.
• Maintainaccreditation standards and complete documentation for qualitycontrol tests.
• Transport and position patients safely andefficiently.
• Keep the department organized and well-stocked withnecessary supplies.
• Communicate effectively with physicians,patients, and department staff.
• Maintain compliance with allapplicable policies, standards, and codes of conduct.
