The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic radiographic procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment, ensuring high-quality images and patient care. Operate X-ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images. Prepare and position patients for radiographic examinations in accordance with physician orders. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with hospital protocols and safety standards. Ensure proper functioning and cleanliness of imaging equipment. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals to deliver patient-centered care. Adhere to all HIPAA and infection control regulations. Provide clear communication to patients to ensure understanding and comfort during procedures. Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required. Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support) from the American Heart Association. Valid Georgia Radiologic Technologist license (or eligibility). Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
