Sign-on bonus available! We’re seeking an adaptable,confident, empathetic Radiology Technologist who is able to providequality diagnostic imaging for patients and providers at SanfordHealth. The Radiologic Technologist is able to work in allatmospheres including clinic, hospital, ED, and OR settings wherethere are a broad range of fields like fluoroscopy, surgery,orthopedics, general, and emergency for the RadiologistTechnologist to work under. One of the characteristics of a RadTech at Sanford is the need for precision, which is important inthis line of work because the providers need quality imaging togive diagnoses to their patients. Sanford Radiology Technologistsemployees will have opportunities for advancement into othermodalities including CT, MRI, and Mammo. Performs diagnosticimaging examinations on patients ensuring the production of qualitydiagnostic images Ability to understand and navigate the electronicmedical record (EMR) system Perform basic diagnostic radiologytasks and aware of general radiology protocols Completion of aneducational program accepted by the American Registry of RadiologicTechnologists (ARRT) is required. Working knowledge of diagnosticradiographic principles, including radiographic positioning,film/image processing, quality Registration with the AmericanRegistry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required. If workingin North Dakota and performing medical imaging or radiation therapyprocedures, licensure with the North Dakota Medical Imaging andRadiation Therapy Board (NDMIRT) is required. Health in order topractice in the state of Iowa If working at some clinic locations,a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification may be requiredwithin the first eight weeks of hire into the position.
