$5,000 AVAILABLE CT Tech, CatScan Radiology, FT Friday-Sunday 7a-7p Weekend Option
RESPONSIBLEFOR
Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists specialize in usingionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images to helpdoctors diagnose and treat patients. CT Technologists performdiagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance withall prescribed standards under the direct guidance of thesupervising Radiologist. CT Technologists provide patient care toall age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, andgeriatrics. Demonstrates ability to perform advance CT imaging(Cardiac and Vascular) and is competent/proficient withcross-sectional anatomy and physiology. Provides more complextechnical care necessary to meet identified patient needs.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
Graduate of an AMAapproved Radiologic Technology program.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCEREQUIRED
A minimum of one (1) year experience as a RadiologicalTechnologist. If less than one year as Radiologic Technologist musthave advanced certification by ARRT in Computed Tomography (CT).
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW
Registered by theAmerican Registry of Radiologic Technology (R). If less than oneyear as a Radiologic Technologist, Registered by the AmericanRegistry of Radiologic Technology (CT).
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced certification by ARRT in Computed Tomography (CT)preferred. BLS certified. Six (6) months experience as a CTTechnologist preferred.
