RESPONSIBLE FOR
Specializein using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images.
Perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations inaccordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidanceof the supervising Radiologist. Provide patient care to all agegroups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
Graduate of an AMAapproved Radiologic Technology program.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCEREQUIRED
A minimum of one (1) year experience as a RadiologicalTechnologist If less than one year as a Radiologic Technologist,Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (CT).
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW
Registered by theAmerican Registry of Radiologic Technology (R). If less than oneyear as a Radiologic Technologist, Registered by the AmericanRegistry of Radiologic Technology (CT).
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced certification by ARRT in CT preferred. BLS certificationrequired. Six (6) months experience preferred.
