Imaging Services Technologist Sr Hours:
40hrs
Shift:
Day shift, 7:30am
- 4:00pm, 8:30am
- 5:00pm and varying day shifts
Location:
Charlton Memorial Hospital

Responsibilities Under the direction of the Manager, Radiology Clinical Services or designee, perform diversified duties involving coordinating the daily operations, equipment and activities of assigned modality personnel. Responsible to perform patient procedures as part of daily duties including the essential functions and performance standards of assigned staff. Qualifications Successful completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging or Radiation Therapy, attainment of primary certification, and post-primary certification in the assigned modality as applicable.
Post-primary certification is required within one year of eligibility and/or per RT licensure in MA and/or RI.
Current RT licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or Rhode Island is required based on location assignment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
A Bachelors Degree is preferred.
Current Massachusetts R.T. licensure or Sonography registration is required.
IV and CPR certifications are also required as applicable.
Advanced certification is required for advanced practice modalities.
A multi-credentialed technologist is preferred.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the
COVID 19
virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Compensation:
Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Pay Range USD $41.00
