Exercisesprofessional judgment in providing health care services, applyingx-ray energy, to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients inall age groups from newborn to elderly. Is multi-skilled in theadditional area of mammography. Will also perform procedures inBone Density. Completes established competencies for the positionwithin designated introductory period. Other related duties asassigned. /n Responsibilities /n Produces high quality diagnosticradiographs; assists practitioner with percutaneous localizationsand aspirations of the breast; optimizes mammography procedures bycompleting QA-QC protocols /n /n Qualifications /n Education /n

Required:

Graduate of an accredited school of

Radiologic Technology/n Preferred:

Associate degree /n Certifications /n

Required:

ARRT(R, M), state license if required /n

Required Alabama ONLY:

ARRT (R), state license if required. Must obtain Mammography credential,ARRT(M), within 1 of hire or placement in role. /n /n Tenetcomplies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatoryvaccination of its workforce.
