REQUIREMENTS

1 reference from the past 12 months. Nolocals within 50 miles. IV experience preferred 1-2 years generalRT experience required. Ability to do CT and X-ray preferred Ifcandidate does not have current flu vaccine we will accept anattestation stating they will receive it prior to start BILH coversheet required Active MA license required at time of submissions(Can be pending at time of submission if candidate does not haveit) Local candidates not accepted Cannot have worked perm/travelfor any Beth Israel facility within the past year.
