Summary:

The Mammography Technologist role performs diagnostic imaging exams and procedures to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1.

Education:

Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology required. 2.

License/Certifications:

Current applicable state(s) license in Radiologic Technology required. Current ARRT certification in Radiography preferred. Full ARRT registration in Mammography is expected according to departmental/local health system requirements. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. 3.

Experience:

Six months of relevant experience preferred. 4.
