To provide patient care and technical skills in the operation of diagnostic radiographic equipment for diagnostic and evaluation purposes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Properly records entries on Radiology and Hospital Information System. Receives and interprets requests and/or instructions for radiological procedures. Operates computer and radiological equipment for image production and documentation. Performs quality control measures to ensure optimal quality of images. Follows professional code of ethics in all aspects of practice. Assists with maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Performs clerical duties related to scheduling of radiological procedures. Adheres to all hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Attend and participate in in-service education programs as directed or scheduled. Maintains confidentiality in matters related to patient, family and facility staff Performs other duties as assigned.
