This position is PRN. Team member will cover shifts onas needed basis. The CT technologist assists physicians in theperformance of diagnostic and / or therapeutic procedures bypreparing the patient and operating the CT equipment in order toobtain diagnostic scans. Qualifications:

• Education:

  High School Diploma or GED, required.2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Graduate of ARRT-approvedRadiography Program or Graduate of ARRT-approved orNMTCB-recognized Nuclear Medicine Program, required.

•

Experience:

One year experience in CT, preferred.

• Licensure/Certification:

• NH Medical Center
• Certified and registered: by ARRT in CT
• RT(R)or RT(N) or CNMT at time of hire.

Certified and registered:

by ARRTin CT

• RT(R)(CT) or RT(N)(CT) or

CNMT, RT

(CT) within 6 months ofhire, required.

• NH Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility orHospital Outpatient Department-Certified and registered: by ARRT inCT

• NH MedicalGroup Office-Certified and registered: by ARRT in CT

• IV Credentialed, required,

• Applicable state license, required
• Additional Skills (required): Analytical ability, basic computerskills, good communication skills, ability to adapt to proceduresbased on age of patient, ability to interpret information toidentify each patient’s requirements for care relative to his/herage specific needs.
