This is in the emergency department on aSiemen’s scanner doing routine ED patients, also Code Stroke andsome trauma patients.
VERY FAST PACED
On first shift we typicallyhave 4-5 techs. Second shift after 5pm there are typically 2-3techs. Third shift there is 1 tech. Weekends we have 2 techs.
Typical case load for one tech in an 8-hour shift is anywhere from8-12 patients.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT
Siemens Scanner, GE. Our machinesare Siemens, and we have the S3000 and the Sequoia.
