The MR Technologist I will assist physicians in theperformance of diagnostic and / or therapeutic procedures bypreparing the patient and safely operating the MR equipment inorder to obtain diagnostic scans. Qualifications:

Education:
2 Year /Associate Degree, preferred. Graduate of ARRT-approved RadiographyProgram or MR Program, required.

Experience:
Minimum of one yearof experience in MR, preferred.

Licensure/Certification:
- NHMedical Center-Certified and registered by ARRT in MR
- RT(R)(MR)or RT(MR) within 6 months of hire, required.
- NH IndependentDiagnostic Testing Facility
- Certified and Registered within 6Months of hire in ARRT RT(R)(MR), required.
- Hospital OutpatientDepartment-Certified and registered by ARRT in MR
- RT(R)(MR) orRT(MR), required.
- IV Credentialed, required.
- Refer to the LifeSupport Training Policy

for life support trainingrequirement
- Applicable state license, required.
- AdditionalSkills (required): Thorough knowledge of MRI imaging equipment,Analytical ability and basic computer skills.
Has the ability tointerpret information to identify each patient’s requirements forcare relative to his/her age specific needs. Good communicationskills.
