Job:

Assist Radiologists, Surgeons, other physicians, and nursingstaff in the execution of minimally invasive studies and minorsurgical procedures.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform all studies andprocedures in Interventional Radiology. Basic understanding ofimaging techniques, protocols, and ability to prepare for ancillaryequipment setup.
• Monitor procedure in progress, report materialsconsumed to physician as necessary and document complications asthey occur.
• Review pertinent patient medical history, verifyingpatient ID and reconciling physician requests with exams order,assuring patient consent has been given.
• Assist Radiologist withminimally invasive fluoroscopic procedures as required.
• Prepareand administrator IV, oral and rectal contrast as indicated byprotocol.
• Transport and operate c-arms for procedures performedin the operating room.

Who You Are:

• Completion of two years ofRadiology Technology training in an AMA approved school to meet therequirement for registry by the ARRT or equivalent trainingrequired.
• ARRT (R) certification required or acquired.
• State ofNew Hampshire Board of Medical Imagining License required.
• BasicLife Support required.
• A minimum of One to two years ofInterventional Radiology experience preferred.
