Job Summary:

Reporting to the Section Leader of CT, usescomputed tomography to produce images that assist in the diagnosisof disease and injury.

Minimum Qualifications Education:

Graduateof an accredited school of Radiologic Technology required.

Experience:

One or more years’ experience as a CT Technologistpreferred. Licensure and/or

Certification:

Current registration asan R.T.(R)(ARRT). Current advanced CT registration or within oneyear of hire. Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in theCommonwealth of Massachusetts required. BLS healthcare providerrequired.

Skills:

Must have IV skills and proficiency and knowledgeof iodinated contrast media according to ACR guidelines.

Mustpossess a high level of cross-sectional anatomy and medicalterminology. Must be proficient at performing a variety ofdiagnostic CT scans. Must be computer proficient, including PACSand HIS/RIS. Must have the ability to read, write, and communicatein English. Ability to maintain confidential informationrequired.
