Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated X-Ray Technologist to join our Radiology Department in Pompton Plains, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and be proficient in performing diagnostic imaging procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and provide accurate imaging and treatment in accordance with state, federal, and professional standards. Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, ensuring proper setup and operation. Monitor patients during procedures, ensuring physical and physiological comfort. Coordinate daily imaging procedures and assist with revisions when needed. Complete other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technologist Strong understanding of imaging equipment and its operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting Knowledge of current trends in clinical practice and healthcare informatics Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal)
Education & Certifications:
Graduate of an accredited Radiography program NJ State RT License•Required ARRT Certification•Required BLS Certification•
