Job Overview:

We areseeking a skilled and compassionate X-ray Technologist to join ouroutpatient imaging team. The ideal candidate will performdiagnostic radiographic procedures with precision, accuracy, andattention to patient comfort. As part of a multidisciplinary team,the technologist will contribute to patient care by producinghigh-quality images that aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray examsas prescribed by physicians Prepare and position patientsaccurately to achieve optimal imaging results Ensure patient safetyand comfort throughout the imaging process Operate and maintainX-ray equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionalityReview images for quality assurance and follow protocols for imagestorage Adhere to established radiation safety standards andinfection control guidelines Document patient informationaccurately and complete reports as required Collaborate with otherradiology and healthcare professionals to support optimal patientcare Maintain knowledge of advancements in radiologic technologyand imaging techniques

Qualifications:

Certification:

ARRT(American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification inRadiography required

Licensure:

Current state licensure as requiredby law

Education:

Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology orequivalent from an accredited program

Experience:

Minimum of 1-2years of experience as an X-ray Technologist, preferably in anoutpatient or clinical setting

Skills and Competencies:

Strongknowledge of radiologic procedures, anatomy, and patientpositioning Proficiency with imaging software and radiologicequipment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with apatient-centered approach Ability to work effectively in afast-paced environment and handle multiple prioritiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills Commitment tomaintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism at alltimes

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in outpatient orambulatory care setting BLS (Basic Life Support) certificationKnowledge of additional imaging modalities (e.g., CT, MRI) is aplus
